TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP TRAININGS

The National Transformational Leadership Training is for organizers and leaders with some experience, who are ready to take their leadership to the next level. This training will employ elements of popular education, presentation, and agitation. Please plan to think deeply about yourself and your public life – what’s working in your organizing now, and what’s not.

Our training approach is transformational because it isn’t just brain food, but heart and gut food as well. You will be challenged and at times uncomfortable. We embrace tension and discomfort as necessary ingredients of personal growth. You will come out of the training clearer about your goals, and about how to address the attitudes, behaviors and beliefs that have kept you from building the kind of power you need to change the world.

Cost for meals, lodging, training and materials is $850 for People’s Action Member Organizations and $1,200 for all others.
