Pramila Jayapal and People’s Action: Mapping a Bold Political Strategy for 2020 and Electing Our People

Nearly a thousand progressive grassroots activists from around the country are in Washington D.C. through April 30 for the People’s Action “The People’s Wave” convention.

“People’s Action is taking back the mic and putting it in the hands of people who are the bedrock of America,” Rep. Pramila Jayapal said. “The People’s Wave represents the power of community leaders, activists, and organizers who are determined to make change and take back our country; and I am honored to be a part of this moment.”

What: Rep. Pramila Jayapal will speak to a thousand multiracial grassroots activists from around the country who are attending the People’s Action convention “The People’s Wave.”
